I was out when the bag was delivered, I was very surprized you were able to get the big bag so far down the drive and close to the gate, it made putting the logs away very easy. The logs are well seasoned and burn well. The people are very helpful and deliver the logs to your door, and even take them up my long drive and stack the nets in my store. You can also collect the logs yourself in large or small quantities. - Mr F

I just wanted to say thank you for my delivery of logs yesterday. Having only placed the order on Wednesday, it was nice to see them arrive so quickly. I also wondered if you could pass my thanks on to the driver who made the delivery?

I was a little worried about how I would get them shifted around the back but the fact that he had placed them down the drive, near the garage made my job a lot easier! It would have been a lot easier for him to have left them at the top so I really appreciate the extra effort.

I know in my job that often, no thanks is ever given for extra effort but criticism is usually quickly handed out. So if you could pass on my thanks, I would be grateful. I will definitely be using you guys the next time I need to order.

Hi just a quick message to say how impressed I have been with both your product (hardwood logs) and service. From purchasing a few nets at the weekend to having a builders bag delivered on Tuesday. We really were beginning to think we wouldn't be able to heat the house after trying several other suppliers who all claim to have the best hottest burning logs all of which performed poorly, the logs purchased from yourselves really do what you claim also the advice we received on logs and heating is greatly appreciated.
